No Refund Policy

All sales made on HalloweenMovieCostumes are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of costume merchandise—including seasonal demand, limited inventory, and hygiene considerations—we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Costume not meeting personal expectations

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Failure to wear or use the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
